At Crossfit Reva we not only offer the best Crossfit in St.Catharines. But we are also an Olympic lifting gym. Our Olympic lifting classes are available for all of our members. These classes are included free with all of our memberships.
At our Olympic lifting gym we run classes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:15pm. We also offer a ladies only class every Sunday at 10:00am. Our classes are fully programmed with a four week cycle.
At our weekly ReVa barbell classes we focus on the Snatch, Clean & Jerk, and variations of the squat. Our classes are programmed with the ability to be modified for the beginner or increased to fit the needs of the advanced lifter. The goal of these classes was to build each member the ability to compete within an Olympic lifting competition or at a Crossfit event.
Our ladies only barbell class runs every Sunday at 10am. This class offers each female member the ability to learn Olympic lifting and anyone of our members can join. Our class is program to build general purpose fitness which is transferable skill when it comes to the tasks you will come across within a Crossfit class.
The ReVa barbell club is fully equipped with all the needs of an elite level lifter. We have every thing from a reverse hyper, jerk blocks, needle bearing bars, kilogram competition plates, squat racks, and platforms. Our monthly barbell membership which includes programming and coaching is $105/month.
