Are you looking to get the crossfit body you’ve been wanting since you’ve started? Nutrition is the key to getting you there. If you’re looking to get your nutrition on track, join the 90 day RP Strength challenge and see for yourself what all the hype is about. Several members at ReVa have already been using these diet templates that have guided them to tremendous results.

Expect to feel great, get stronger, lose weight, increase energy, and sleep like a baby. This is a perfect time to start…ahead of the major holidays! This is not a weight loss competition. This challenge is a way to better health and a longer happier life. Expect weight loss, performance improvement (CrossFit and sports), energy increase (may be a roller coaster start), mental clarity, craving control, and better sleep!

Here’s how the Challenge works…
Entry Fee: $89 USD Includes: 90-day participation, RP Strength Diet Template, measurements, prizes, and exclusive discounts at HERC’s Nutrition! Google Docs will be set up to track daily scores online.

Step #1: Sign up on the main board at the gym with your first and last name.
Step #2: Come to the 30 min meeting & Weigh In
Step #3: Pay $89 online.
Step #4: Get your “Before” benchmark WOD and measurements (see below).
Step #5: Get on your game face for the RP Strength Challenge

The RP Strength Diet Template Includes
What to eat (a convenient list of acceptable foods for each macronutrient, ex – protein, carbs fats)
When to eat them (based around when you train, including training options for early AM training, late AM training, afternoon training, and PM training)
How much to eat based on gender, bodyweight, and goals of weight loss or weight gain.
Covers how to eat on non-training days, light, moderate, and hard training days (with examples and instructions of each type of workout to easily classify)

The Winner
At the end of the challenge the top 3 individuals with a combined score of the following:
Weight Improvement (weight loss %)
Performance gains: Benchmark WOD
Scoring: Points from daily GoogleDocs online nutrition log.
*No separate category for men and women.*

Before and After Benchmarks:
Measurements: Body weight
Performance: Benchmark WOD FRAN. You must participate in the Benchmark WOD to be eligible for prizes.
