Mar 28 WOD – Final Thoughts on the Open

ReVaNation, we have concluded the 5 weeks of the Crossfit Open and the ReVa Intramurals.  We cannot express how proud we are of ALL of you.  There were some of us who got our first muscle up, double under, and toes to bar.  There were also some of us who pr’d in some of the wods.  And of course, we witnessed everyone giving it their EVERYTHING in every wod and leaving it all on the gym floor.  But most of all, putting the physical accomplishments aside, we are most proud of the comradery that we have built in the gym.  Never have we ever seen a community like this before and our bond seems to be getting stronger by the day.  A lot of our members come from different backgrounds.  Some of us are parents, some of us are students, some of us are athletes, some have been doing Crossfit for over 5 years, some 5 months.  One thing is certain – we are all accepted as a part of #revanation.  We cannot thank you all enough for helping us build #revanation and to see how far we have come in the 2 years since we started.

*you are not permitted to run/bike/row the entire WOD you MUST change the cardio component EVERY round
