CrossFit Programming is for Everyone

At CrossFit ReVa our programming is constructed to build each client’s athletic ability. The basis for our CrossFit programming is the increase of one’s capacity to work. We use different time domains, rep schemes, and movements to construct this ability. The ability to increase a client’s work capacity will give them the strength to accomplish the everyday goals of living a healthy life.

Our CrossFit programming at the ReVa fitness facility is constructed so each daily work also known as a WOD(Workout of the Day) has elements that every client will find challenging. Each workout is specifically made to bring each client’s intensity to a level they have not experienced before. The ability to exert higher intensity levels will build over time for each client. The increase of intensity will help every client create a larger work capacity. The creation of a larger work capacity gives every client the ability to handle daily tasks easier then before they started with CrossFit ReVa.
